Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Solmira shade. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

30-day returns

You may return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Customized or clearance items may not be eligible.

How to start a return

Email sales@solmirashade.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll send return instructions and a shipping address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange for a different color or size is to return the original item and place a new order.
