What May Be Covered

Issues caused by a manufacturing defect may be eligible for support.

What Is Not Covered

Weather damage, misuse, and normal wear are not manufacturing defects.

  • Wind, storm, or severe weather damage
  • Improper base, anchoring, or installation
  • Umbrellas left open while unattended
  • Unsecured pop up canopies in unsafe weather
  • Normal wear, modification, improper cleaning, or storage
