Shipping
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination.
Processing and delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard ground delivery is generally estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch. Tracking information is emailed when available.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Promotional free-shipping offers, when active and applicable to the order, are applied automatically.
Large Item Delivery
Patio umbrellas, pop up canopies, and bases may ship in larger packages or by freight. Delivery timing and handling can vary by item and destination.
Please inspect the packaging when it arrives. If damage is visible, keep the packaging and take clear photos before disposing of it.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, contact us with your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
Returns
Unused items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the current return policy.
Product Condition
Items should be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Customized or clearance items may not be eligible.
Large Items
Oversized returns may require special handling. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
